Drinking Skeptically is New York City Skeptics' monthly social gathering—a relaxed evening where skeptics, science enthusiasts, critical thinkers, and the intellectually curious meet for conversation, friendship, and community.

Whether you're interested in science, skepticism, psychology, philosophy, evidence-based thinking, or simply enjoy thoughtful conversation with interesting people, you'll find a welcoming group here. We talk about current events, scientific discoveries, books, technology, cognitive biases, extraordinary claims, and whatever else sparks a lively discussion.

No lectures, no formal agenda—just good conversation in a casual bar setting.

You don't have to drink alcohol to join us. Come for a beer, a soda, a coffee, or just the company. Newcomers are always welcome, whether you're a longtime member of the skeptical community or simply curious to learn more. Visiting New York? We'd love to have you stop by.
